Kelsi Dagger is confident, independent, slightly dangerous and speaks to the accelerating velocity of how the young fashion girl lives today. Needless to say, Kelsi Dagger allows us fashion girls to live the two sides of ourselves - the composed, rule following goodie two shoes and the outspoken rebel who turns heads (for better or worse).
